Section 136Guidance about fees

(1) The [^F1Commission] must produce and publish guidance about the fees the [^F1Commission] proposes to charge in accordance with—

(a)
section 134 or 135, ^F2...

(2) Before publishing the guidance, the [^F1Commission] must consult the Secretary of State.
